| The EmbroidMe Phoenix store is independently owned and operated by Tim and Brenda Hackman. Tim and Brenda opened their EmbroidMe in October 2005. Since then, they have received many awards including EmbroidMe’s Top Quality Award; two Top Store Appearance awards; Customer Service Award; Top Store Marketing Award; Top Store Overall Region Award; and Team Player of the Year Award. Tim is a member of the franchisee Ad Fund Board and maintains the store’s accounting, does the embroidery set-ups, digitizing and all web design. Brenda keeps busy with outside sales and marketing, several networking events each month and maintains the monthly newsletter. |

Last, but certainly not least, is NICO, the store mascot. Nico joined the team in the fall of 2008 at the ripe old age of nine weeks and he has hardly missed a day of work since. He has enchanted many customers and is always there to greet them with his tail wagging.
